Curiosity

A few times in life, most of us stumble upon something so interesting that it quietly takes hold of us. Something we feel compelled to explore.

Those rare moments that send your professional life in a direction you never planned.

Reputation Mastery began that way. It grew out of something I had been observing for years: that our professional reputation is one of our most powerful, and least used assets.

You may have brilliant business ideas or carefully crafted career strategies – but everything ultimately comes down to how you are perceived: your reputation. And that seems to be true in almost every professional culture I have encountered.

Most of this exploration has unfolded in Sweden, even though my last two books have been written in English. And the word reputation carries a depth that is difficult to translate, even if I tried.

Recently, however, a thought has started quietly to grow. What would happen if this conversation also opened up internationally with posts both in Swedish and English.

No grand strategy, no planning or expectations. Just curiosity to see what happens.
